Even with the highest quality of materials, Mother Nature is tough on birdhouses and things can break. Did you know that each and every part of a Peep Show is easily reparable or replaceable? If anything goes wrong within the first 12 months, we’ll make it right with a shiny (or matte) new replacement part. It is our way to ensure your Peep Show lasts season after season.

2. Not quite right?

 

Even well-appointed birdhouses are not for everyone—we get it. Return your Peep Show within 60 days of purchase for any reason and pay only return postage, no restocking fee. The Birdhouse Bliss Guarantee provides you a worry-free way to try The Peep Show.  

 

Additional Warranty Details

 

While we craft each Peep Show with love and care, we understand that even the finest feathers can sometimes ruffle. Fear not. Your Peep Show is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need to initiate a return due to a defect, email photos of the issue and include your order number. Email us at help@ThePeepShow.com.

Cameras are covered and supported under warranties directly from their manufacturers. We do not do cameras.

If you have changed your mind about backyard birding with a Peep Show and wish to take advantage of our 60-day return policy, all we ask is that you cover return shipping costs of your unit back to our Seattle shop.
