Return Policy

Did we send you the wrong product?

Oh, feathered friends, we’re sorry if we sent you the wrong product! Please don’t be shy: reach out to us at hello@thePeepShow.com and we’ll fly into action to correct our mistake. Our roost is open from Monday-Friday from 9-5 Pacific Time.

Did things go wrong? No worries, we've got you covered.

If, within 12 months of purchase your Peep Show is malfunctioning, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team to see if they can help. If the problem is not resolved, we will pay return shipping and send you a new Peep Show or refund your purchase price including your original shipping costs.

If things go right, but you still want to return your Peep Show...

​

While we're sad to see you part ways with your Peep Show, we understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. According to our Birdhouse Bliss Guarantee, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your Peep Show to our cozy Seattle workshop.

Now, we'll be honest--unlike some big-name birds, we're small and not able to offer free return shipping just yet. But who knows? Maybe one day we'll soar to those heights. In the meantime, if you decide to return to your Peep Show, please follow these simple instructions:

 

  1. Inspect and prepare your package before sending your Peep Show on its journey back to us. Inspect it thoroughly, including the original packaging materials if possible.

  2. Include the packing slip. If it's flown the coop, just grab an old-fashioned piece of paper and jot down your name, order number, purchase date, the items being returned and the reason for the return so we can improve our product.

  3. Contact us for a Return Label.  There is a flat fee of $20 USD for a return label. We’ll deduct the label cost from your refund once we receive your package. Of course, you're welcome to use your own shipping label (at your cost) if you prefer.

  4. Drop off Your Package at the courier shown on your prepaid label.

  5. Await Confirmation. We’ll email you when your refund is processed. Please note that the refund will be for the Peep Show purchase price only, not original (or return) shipping. For those who provide their own label, we, naturally, will not deduct anything from your refund.

  6. Be Patient. We’re Humans, Too. This is always the hard part. After a bustling launch or sale, we may take longer—around 10-15 business days—to process your refund due to the high volume of orders. Rest assured: we’re flapping as fast as we can.

​Special Note about Cameras: We specialize in bird houses, not security cameras. If you're returning a camera to us, it must still be in its sealed wrapper to be eligible for a refund. For any issues with cameras you have opened or used, please contact the respective security camera company directly.
